1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free shipping on orders above the following amounts:

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SMORE (Run for Fun, S.L.) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping — such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties — are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or incorrect address information).
If your order has not arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@smore.es and we’ll be happy to assist.


7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
